Request a Captel Phone at No Cost:
Kansas residents may qualify for a CapTel phone at no cost through the Kansas Telecommunications Access Program (TAP).
To Apply:
- Go to the Kansas Telecommunications Access website
- or call toll-free 800-526-3648.
The TAP will walk you through the necessary steps to receive the equipment that is best suited for YOU!

Purchase online
Kansas residents who do not qualify for the TAP or Third Party Certificate may purchase the CapTel phone at the reduced price of $75.00.
