How to Get a CapTel Phone

Option 1:

Request a CapTel 840 phone at no cost

The Vermont Equipment Distribution Program (VTEDP) is funded by the state of Vermont to help income-eligible Vermonters who have trouble using a telephone and need adaptive equipment. Vermont residents may be eligible to receive a CapTel 840 phone.

Option 2:

Purchase a CapTel 840 phone for $75

Vermont residents who do not qualify for a CapTel phone through the Vermont Equipment Distribution Program may purchase a CapTel phone.
