  • For over 25 years, John Matouk & Co., Inc. has been on the mission to design and manufacture the world’s most luxurious linens for its passionate and discerning clientele around the world.
  • Client was in need of a new way for their wholesale customers and employees to be able to shop and place orders with their smart phones and tablets while on the go
  • Create an easy to use mobile app for the iPhone, iPad and Android devices for wholesalers and employees to browse, search, save and place orders on the go
  • Provide and easy to use mobile environment to be able to take orders on the fly
  • Allow the ability to save billing and shipping information for future orders
  • Enable the ability to send product news, updates and special offers
  • Ensure that the client’s current branding is carried throughout the iPhone, iPad and Android apps
  • Integrate with existing IT infrastructure to reduce any out of expenses
  • Used the client’s existing branding to create a seamless shopping experience from the desktop to the mobile iPhone, iPad and Android apps
  • The completed native apps allowed both the wholesalers and company employees to:
    • Browse and search the entire Matouk product catalog from the convenience of their iPhone, iPad or Android tablet devices
    • Place orders on-the-fly from anywhere and at anytime
    • Lookup real-time inventory levels on any SKU with a powerful catalog search function
    • Create, save and email quotes to customers
    • View past quotes, order history and shipping addresses synchronized with their account at Matouk.com
    • Provided the ability for wholesalers toggle on/off costs, allowing their customers to interact with the app while only seeing MSRP pricing
    • Users can enjoy simplified shopping with a one step checkout process using saved billing and shipping addresses
  • Developed a bespoke gallery/look-book that allows the client to display their extensive line of products in a variety of stylish ways
  • Took advantage of the native push notification functions of the iPhone, iPad and Android smartphone and tablets to allow the client to send product news, updates and special offers
  • Provided the ability to manage app preferences and account settings
  • Added a wish-list feature to allow users to add products they like for future purchases
  • Integrated the finished native apps with the client’s current ecommerce backend for payment processing and order management and fulfillment
  • Kept the native apps secured utilizing the client’s existing safety standards
