The client is one of the leading Networking Systems and services provider company. Their primary business revolves around serving customer with Information Technology infrastructure and network management.

  • With rapid sales growth and the lack of a unified CRM solution to keep the client organized the client’s quality of service started to decline and instead of growth in profits they started to loose their customers. Benchmark IT Solutions was brought in as strategic consulting partner to solve this problem. The technology and process audit revealed several problems. First there was a disparate legacy systems based on old technology. This antiquated system and its integration with other software’s was one of the initial problems. Further analysis revealed that the cultural and process differences. Thus a need of unified system was identified and Microsoft CRM system was chosen to address the following pain areas:
  • Non-Unified CRM system Integration with legacy system.
  • Data migration of existing customers to new system.
  • Process re-orientation & training.
  • Moving to Microsoft Dynamics CRM enabled them to reduce risk while increasing customer satisfaction. Key benefits from the solution include:

  • Centralized quotation systems, with channel partner discounts and promotions.
  • Streamlined access to information in the system has enabled accelerated proposal and customer service contract from fifteen days to four days, producing a significant change in working capital.
  • Increased customer retention. Supporting a structured sales and renewal process through the CRM system raised the customer retention to 90 percent and increased sales people’s ability to win new business.
