Captioning (RCC)

Relay Conference Captioning (RCC) is a free service available for Hawai`i residents or kama`aina who are deaf or hard of hearing to actively participate in multi-party teleconference calls or web conferences by reading live captions through a web browser on an internet-connected computer or mobile device.  You have the option of either speaking or typing to communicate with the other attendees.

The RCC service hours is available:
8:00 am to 6:00 pm local time, Monday through Friday.
