  • Client located in Pennsylvania is a family owned and operated optical center that prides its self on providing friendly customer service along with inexpensive and quality optical products.
  • One of the Client’s main ecommerce goals was to redesign their current online store to expand their reach to better serve their online customers. In addition, they also wanted to increase their brand awareness, while offering the same level of shopping experience as their brick-and-mortar store.
  • Downgrade the current Enterprise version of Magento to the Community edition as the Enterprise version was too heavy and expensive for the Client’s needs.
  • Upgrade the site’s current look, provide better navigation, functionality and overall ease of use when searching for information and products.
  • Provide the flexibility to integrate social media into the Client’s marketing mix.
  • Downgraded the Enterprise version of Magento’s to the community edition within a couple of months.
  • The new site is more appealing and easier to use, which has resulted in a dramatically better performance in keeping consumers engaged and thus increasing sales.
  • Rework the entire checkout process to ensure the fastest, most streamlined shopping experience as well facility for customers to define their prescription if not currently in the system.
  • Provided a more engaging product display with multiple views, several filtering methods and comparison option.
  • Integration with www.eyecloudpro.com cloud based appointment booking system.
  • Provided management capabilities in the backend for in-house management teams to manage the products and site’s content.
  • Utilized Magneto’s inbuilt mobile website features to extend Client’s product and service offerings on mobile devices to customers who are on the go.
