  • Client’s company goal is to fill a much-needed gap in the corporate world, by providing a highly structured health maintenance massage to relieve job-related stress. Companies not only get employees who are stress free, also, the company gets discount on employee health insurance.
  • Client has a few hundred massagers who work on assignment basis and provide massage and other wellness services to the employees of large corporations.
  • Client wanted to create an intranet portal for one of their largest customers which would help the employees to view the upcoming wellness/massage sessions and book their slot on the portal.
  • During the assigned time, the employee attends the session and provides feedback through the intranet portal.
  • Completed iPad app will be installed locally on each iPad device for use
  • The portal calculates the sessions per massager, number of sessions etc. and report is sent to the customer representative and also to the client.
  • Benchmark designed and implemented this system based on SharePoint as intranet portal for employees of the customers. Also, we integrated this portal with the centralized system of client which was used across multiple clients.
  • Within the SharePoint intranet portal, the employees see various articles, blogs about the massage; wellness, Yoga etc. and they can view the upcoming sessions in their premises.
  • When the sessions are booked, depending on the arrangement, employees partially/fully pay for their sessions. Reminder emails/SMS are sent just before the session. Once the session is completed, the feedback is received from the employee and sent to the massager, customer and client.
  • After the new system, client was able to put engage the customer for a long term contract as the number of employees booking for the massage sessions increased by 300%. Also, the centralized system was able to collect the feedback of employees immediately and a consolidated report helped the customer look at the satisfaction numbers quickly.
