BACKGROUND
- The Motherhood, is an award-winning digital PR and marketing agency located in Pittsburgh.
- The Company is changing how brands interact with their most important customers, moms, through the use of PR, marketing, word of mouth, and social media.
- It also helps companies to increase customer engagement through the use of research, customer insights, and analysis and on going strategic planning and counseling.
- The main pain areas were the unavailability of a backend system and dashboard to manage and view customers, bloggers and employees tasks, surveys and reports.
- There were limitations in creating reports to track bloggers, campaigns and survey results.
- Without an automated system in place, the Client was facing huge over-heads and slow efficiency.
SCOPE
- To create a backend system and centralized database accessible from anywhere.
- Develop a Dashboard that will have a full 360-degree view of the overall activities associated with bloggers, clients, employee and vendors.
- Ability to create and manage Surveys.
- Create a reporting module with the ability to export in multiple formats.
- End to end automation of processes.

- Made the Backend and the Login Portal for all users mobile compatible to access from any device.
- Provided a Dashboard for all users to view a summary of all activities within their account.

- Integration with Constant Contact’s automated email system.
- Ability to generate reports and export them into excel, CSV or PDF files.
- Enhanced improved communication to effectively communicate with users and bloggers.
- Ability to manage the Surveys as well as be able to create custom surveys on the fly from the backend system.
- Ability to create users, admins, clients and bloggers as well as assign privileges to them.
