  • The website will provide soccer fans, visitors and members of the site the ability to customize the content of their choice using multiple widgets.
  • The entire portal needed to be built from the ground up using the latest technologies and a scalable framework for future enhancements.
  • Developing a robust framework for the site which is capable of managing millions of users at the same time without slowing the site down.
  • Developing and incorporating an extensive list of features designed for enhancing the users’ networking experience.

  • The site offers an exhaustive social networking experience through a host of convenient features like customization of profiles, access to multiple widgets, photo galleries, videos, blogs, forums, etc.
  • The site promotes and encourages users to stay active and participate in the community by providing them with the ability to create their own teams and leagues, earn points for prizes, etc.
  • With the integration of AJAX the results were a feature-rich site providing a high level of customization for the end users. Examples include the provision for selecting different widgets to display on users homepage, with ‘drag-and-place’ page content which was auto-saved by the site every time the user logged in.
  • The site continuously displays dynamic content through the inclusion of RSS feeds, which involved interacting with third party providers, parsing a variety of content, queuing and presenting this content to users.
  • Web usability guidelines were strictly followed during development and the interface was made easily navigable through well thought out use of AJAX, CSS and HTML controls.
  • The implementation and development of the site administration section allows for full control of site content through integration of Joomla.
